Alice Channer

• Alice Channer born 1977 in Oxford UK is a British artist who lives and works in London. Channer graduated with a BA in Fine Art at Goldsmiths College, London, UK and continued on to receive her MA in Sculpture at Royal College of Art, London, UK Alice is known for her large scale prints and chrome accents. 
• Although Channer has a propensity towards making large scale prints they are, as I saw in Venice quite sculptural in nature. The printed image itself prompts you to look at it from many angles and is in this sense almost three dimensional. The long print is weighted down by chrome bars affixing a juxtaposition 3D and 2D art.
