Neil Beloufa 

• French artist Neil Beloufa born 1985 in paris. He studied at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts, Paris; the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs, Paris; California Institute of the Arts, Valencia; Cooper Union, New York; and Le Fresnoy–Studio National des Arts Contemporain, Tourcoing, France, Never spending more one year at any one institution. Beloufa is a film artist who is known to mix fiction and reality. 
• I had no previous knowledge on Beloufa before leaving to Venice, so when I saw one of his videos it took me a little bit of time to figure out just what was going on. In the Film at the biennale Beloufa filmed a man in some tropical area of the world just talking, at first mostly nonsence but as I continued on I realized it was a man simple speaking about daily life in some distant future but in the present tense YAH!
