 Australia

  • "Here the Art Grows on Trees" an exhibit by Australia. I was not a huge fan of Australia's exhibit at Gardini supposedly meant to represent how time effects its surrounding, especially were nature is involved. To explain the building's roof was partially open allowing the whether and animals come and go supposedly leavening some kind marked change in the art. The first wall had insect shaped pieces of paper (to attract birds), there was a large iron bowl and photos of mines. Of these works only one could be seen as changed by nature and that was the rust upon the bowl the rest would either not be effected or would require more patients and time that I just was not interested enough to afford.
